CellSIM M2M supports several secure MCU families, two main temperature classes: standard class TS (up to 85°C) and extended class TB(up to 105°C).

CellSIM M2M fully supports Global Platform requirements, Java Card virtual machine, high-speed OTA download protocols and offers for end users memory sizes spanning from 64 Kbytes up to 300 Kbytes.
